Loyalty Program - Coffee Coins:
We value your custom greatly and always hope to see you back. And so, apart from the great promos and offers and our affordable everyday prices we also have a Loyalty Program "Coffee Coins" - just another way of thanking you for your ongoing patronage.
When you check out your first order, by leaving your full details (phone, email address, D.O.B) you are automatically enrolled, and through your phone number you will automatically be recognized every time you return. You start earning loyalty points right away. The points accrue at the rate of one point for every hundred pesos spent.
Upon joining, you receive 50 "welcome coins" into your loyalty account.
You may accrue the points for as long as you like – they do not expire. The points are redeemable as a discount against a future purchase of your choice at the value of ₱1 for every point you hold.
Promotions & Campaigns: From time to time we will have special campaigns where your points accrue at a faster rate than is standard.
By ensuring all your details are complete, you qualify for excusive offers and loyalty program surprises.
Store Credit:
“Store Credit” is issued by way of a unique voucher. It is redeemable against future purchases and is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
Store Credit must be used to fund (or part fund) a single transaction. Store Credit is not transferrable.
Vouchers:
From time to time vouchers may be issued for various purposes, such as a thank you; as part of a promotion; a referral reward, etc.
- Each voucher will have its own unique code
- Every voucher is different when it comes to expiry. Please keep a record of your voucher expiry conditions to be well informed and avoid disappointment
- One voucher may be redeemed per transaction
How to use your Monkeyspeak Coffee Coins points:
- Click the Coffee Coins icon
- Enter your registered mobile number
- Enter the OTP sent to your mobile number to verify your request
- Under Redeem Points, enter the amount of points you want to redeem
- An OTP will be sent to your mobile number to verify redemption
- Click "use" to add discount coupon to cart
- Pay for your order less the discount
