Warranty & Service Policy

Equipment

  1. All equipment (espresso machines, milk frothers) is sold new and is covered by manufacturer’s warranty of 12 months from the date of purchase. The warranty covers defects.  It does not cover misuse or damage caused by not following the instructions for use.
  2. Any repairs attempted outside the authorized service center automatically renders the warranty void.
  3. Deployment of reusable capsules / pods in espresso machines sold by Monkeyspeak Coffee automatically renders the warranty void.
  4. The Philippines is prone to voltage fluctuations and power surges. Please be advised that damage caused by fluctuations in electrical current is not covered by warranty.  If you reside in areas where this is an occurrence it is wise to take precautionary measures such as installation of AVRs.
  5. Ant and cockroach infestations are not uncommon in the Philippines climate. It is paramount that you protect your equipment from such infestations through daily cleaning and maintenance.  Equipment infested with ants / cockroaches is not covered by warranty.
  6. Our Service Center will always endeavor to solve any technical issue, whether still under warranty period or beyond its expiration.
  7. Client must present receipt or warranty card to claim warranty. Otherwise service charges may apply.
    1. Our technician will check your machine.
    2. Equipment that is repairable by troubleshooting can be picked up next working day or delivered within 2 working days.
    3. Repairs for internal damage, needing replacement parts would need time depending availability of parts.
    4. In the event of a delay the client has the option of the use of loan equipment.

  9. Any repairs outside warranty period are subject to cost of parts and service fees.

Accessories and Consumables

  1. All products are assured to be as per manufacturer’s specifications. If a purchased product is defective on arrival it will be replaced at our cost. All defects should be reported within 3 days of your order delivery.
