Returns, Refunds, Cancellation & Exchange Policy

Any Cancellations, Returns Or Exchange Are Governed By This Policy ("Return Policy").

Monkeyspeak Coffee is committed to 100% customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with the performance of your product, please contact us within 3 days of taking delivery. Once you contact us, we will investigate your concern and advise you regarding the course of action.

Email customer service admin@monkeyspeakcoffee.com or call & text 09177008480 with your order number so we can process your request.

1. Cancellations
   An order once placed cannot be cancelled. However, you may contact us through the store contact details for cancellation requests. cancellation in such cases will be done at our sole discretion.  Unfortunately, we do not refund or exchange / credit incorrect orders or changes of mind.
2. Refunds
   Refunds do not apply in any circumstance.  Any approved order cancellation or defective product returns will receive a store credit equivalent to the original purchase*. *We retain the discretion to deduct the bank / transaction fees incurred on the original transaction from the store credit.
3. Return / Exchange
   Please note there are no returns or exchanges on consumables purchased unless defective.
   
   Equipment / Accessories may be returned within 7 days of purchase only if still in their original packaging, unused, together with the Sales Invoice / Official Receipt.
   
   Unless an item is defective or damaged, prior to / during shipping, the buyer will need to arrange and be responsible for the cost of return shipping. The store credit will be processed once we received the return in its required condition.
