T&C's Free shipping is limited to the amount of 300 pesos shipping fee either standard or same-day delivery.

Order Processing and Delivery:

We are great believers in the importance of having your order processed, packed, and shipped as soon as possible. Because great coffee cannot wait!!

All orders are processed the day they are received or the next day – depending on the time the order is confirmed. Shipping is activated based on which option is selected.

SHIP

1. Same-Day Delivery Via Lalamove: Available for Metro Manila areas, Cavite & Laguna.

Same-day delivery order cut-off time is 3:30 pm. Orders received after 3:30 p.m. are delivered the next day. We deliver every day including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

The shipping rate is based on the Lalamove same-day delivery app.
Available for Metro Manila and South Luzon only

Cash on Delivery Via Lalamove - an additional fee of 50 pesos if you select to use COD using Lalamove and only up to 2000 pesos amount of purchase.

We can arrange COD without a fee by our contracted riders. Our logistics team will coordinate with you.

2. STANDARD DELIVERY: Available for Metro Manila and Nationwide. 3-5 days shipping.

Gogo Express or J&T depending on the availability of couriers in your area.

The standard delivery fee of 170 is only for MM & Luzon with a maximum of 5kg

Provincial rates for Visayas & Mindanao is 160 up to 210 depending on the final dimension and weight of the parcel.

Option 1 - Check out and choose standard delivery if you are in MM or Luzon. The shipping fee is calculated automatically.
Option 2 - You can process your order through checkout, select “Pickup” if you are from Visayas or Mindanao, and pay for the shipping separately through GCASH or MAYA once arranged.

We are bound by the opening hours of the courier drop-off offices, which have a habit of changing without notification. We will always endeavor to ship your order the same day it is received or the following day, depending on the order timing.

Shipping rates do not include Insurance charges which will also apply at the time of shipping

PICK-UP: You are welcome to make your own arrangements to have the order collected during the Monkeyspeak Makati Hub opening hours. Select “PICK-UP” at checkout, and once your order is confirmed as “READY” you may arrange the pickup. Address and contact details will be displayed.

Also please select the “PICK UP” option at check out to arrange Standard Shipping. Please see option 2
