Equipment Rental With Capsule Subscription
Enjoy the convenience of renting an espresso machines and milk frother at minimal cost using your credit card. A wonderful way of having an extended trial before deciding on a purchase or having a temporary coffee corner at home or in the office.
Equipment rental is bundled with a monthly 50 capsule subscription.
The monthly rental fee is:
· P1,700p.m. (Elfin espresso machine 300 + 50 capsules 1,400) for 3months.
· P1,750p.m. (Pinta espresso machine 350 + 50 capsules 1,400) for 3months.
· You may add a Aeroccino frother @ 100p.m. or Expressi frother @ 200 p.m. for same duration.
Rental Terms & Conditions:

All rentals are by credit card only.

Once a purchase is made and the goods are received, the rental plan cannot be cancelled and must be paid up in full.

Includes a 50 capsules monthly subscription to avail the rental. Actual mix of capsules to total up to 50 is for your choosing (Excludes Granell brand, and Baileys brand, and all Dolce Gusto compatible capsules)

Rental is for a 3 month duration. Client may extend rental in lots of 3 months

All costs associated with repair in the case of equipment failure caused by Client are to be shouldered by the Client, including any shipping charges incurred.

Equipment failure due to manufacture fault will be fixed / replaced at Monkeyspeak expense, including any shipping charges incurred. Monkeyspeak will assess the failed / faulty equipment to determine nature of the fault prior to any replacement.

Delivered on schedule of monthly rental anniversary

Delivery only upon completion of monthly rental payment

Client is responsible for applicable shipping / delivery fees & managed or transact separately.

The Client expressly agrees that all equipment remains the sole property of MSP at all times unless otherwise expressly stated

An agreement will be signed by the client and is legally binding. Any default on the agreement or payment schedule is deemed enforceable under the Philippines Consumer Laws.
All rentals and capsule subscriptions are activated and managed via https://monkeyspeakcoffee-ccsubs.helixpay.ph/ including orders and payments
